Pinko-Commie-Bleeding-Heart-Liberal Article of the Day:
How to win an election - cheat

Questions for the Right:

  • Why does the Pro-Life right support the death penalty?
  • How can you complain about abortion being used for birth control, when you refuse to educate people about birth control in the first place?
  • Why is terrorism deplorable, but war necessary?  Isn't terrorism just the free-market alternative to war?
  • Speaking of the War on Terror, how do you declare war on an noun?  And if you can declare war on a noun, shouldn't we be looking toward more offending and troublesome nouns, like onomatopoeia?  Or how about antidisestablishmentarianism?  I mean there's like 3 prefixes and suffixes in there!
  • Why are they activist judges when they side with the left, and judges when they side with the right?
  • How can we spread democracy abroud when we don't have it here?

Unrelated to Politics:
I'm going to see Macbeth on Friday.  Unfortunately with The Girl gone, I have an empty seat next to me.  I don't know who to take - if anybody.

I think it's interesting that this nation is becoming a fascist theocracy with the support of the majority of this nation, and that the same people who claim allegiance to the Constitution are hell-bent on changing, modifying, and ignoring it. That's why I'm taking over Canada. I can't believe I've never been to this blog before... but then again, I don't normally follow the 'Favorites'. Stop by and let me know what you think if you have a chance.

3) Nobody died to GIVE me the right of free speech. God gave me this freedom - not the state, not a dead veteran working for the state. The Constitution agrees. And no I wouldn't give in to Hitler - but frankly I don't think Bush is so much different. The USA is a legitimized terrorist regime - let's be honest.

4) Amen.

5) So far I've only seen them interpreting law. If you're referring to the Ten Commandment thing in Alabama, I still think that was an interpretation not an act of legislation.

Let me try and answer for me since I don't much adhere to "group think"

1) I am pro life and anti death penalty.
2) I support the family structure and Christian values. Oddly enough if people adhered to those values 'out of wedlock' pregnancy would be minimal. Obviously our secular society doesn't embrace my beliefs and we have a problem. Side note: abstinence can work (refer to research on AIDS in Uganda and abstinence programs).
3) You live in a country where people have died to give you the right to voice your opinions. Would you have given in to Pol Pot, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin and an unending cast of despots and tyrants who would enslave entire populations if they could have their way?
4) Personally I would like to see war declared on male enhancement drug commercials.
5) I want judges to interpret law, not create it. That's their job. Leave lawmaking to our elected jerks in Washington.
